Job Description

G2 Architecture is a young and dynamic architectural practice specialising in small to medium-sized residential projects. We're a close-knit, collaborative team with a strong focus on high-quality technical delivery and excellent client service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and capable Architectural Technologist to join us and play a key role in the technical development of our projects.

The Role


We're seeking a proactive and motivated individual with a solid foundation in technical design who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow with the business. You'll be working across RIBA Stages 3-6, supporting the team in delivering detailed and accurate technical information. The ideal candidate will be eager to build on their experience, take initiative, and contribute to the continued success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in the production of detailed Building Regulations and construction drawings (RIBA Stages 4-6) Support the coordination of Building Control submissions and approvals Contribute to site coordination, including attending meetings and responding to contractor queries Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders Ensure accuracy and consistency in technical information across multiple projects Take ownership of your work while supporting wider team goals

Requirements



2-5 years of UK-based experience working on residential projects Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Building Control processes Degree in architectural technology or a related field Demonstrable experience supporting technical stages (RIBA 4-6) Proficiency in Revit (Revit is our sole design and documentation tool) Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills A genuine desire to grow, take initiative, and deliver high-quality work A strong work ethic and commitment to the profession

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,500.00-32,500.00 per year
