Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Assistant and/or Architectural Technologists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architectural design and technical skills, with proficiency in various software applications. This role involves collaborating with architects and engineers to develop detailed drawings and plans that meet client specifications and adhere to industry standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. Develop 3D models and visualisations. Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Conduct site visits to conduct measured surveys, gather information and assess project requirements. Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and standards throughout the design process. Maintain accurate records of project changes and updates.

Requirements

A degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology and/or relevant architectural experience is essential. Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD and SketchUp. Strong understanding of CAD principles and construction processes. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Relevant qualifications in Architecture/Architectural Technology or equivalent or a related field are preferred. Pay: 25,094.46-45,000.00 per year
