You must be educated to a degree level.

THE ROLE:

• Complete and maintain a handbook for each category detailing the format, main exclusions, terminology, titles conventions and Q&A
• Support the Editorial Team with the reviewing of specialist spreads, suggesting and researching records for the books/annuals, reviewing and approving talent requests.
• Proactively research record titles and areas which relate to their specialism, to find gaps within our record keeping.
• Executive\'s govern a set of record categories and to guarantee consistency on how records are created and validated . This job is crucial to ensure that the Records Management Team (RMT) continues to operate with uniformity across all geographies.
• To collaborate with RMT on specialist subject records and to provide knowledge and guidance on the topic of the record.
• Find potential record holders or contributors who can be featured in our digital channels and publications, or work with our commercial teams.

THE PERSON:

• Bachelor\'s Degree
• Passion for gaming and social media
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail
• Outgoing, articulate, and confident in speaking on the phone to various customer types
• A track record of achieving targets
• Ability to manage challenging customers while maintaining cultural sensitivity
