We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Local Area Coach & Co-ordinator to join our rapidly growing and dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enabling children to meet the government's physical activity guidelines . The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for working with children and sports, and the ability to reach out to schools/nurseries. Fluency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
Provide coaching sessions to schools/nurseries and to the public
Travel to and from venues
Connect with schools and key decision makers.
Communicate effectively with teachers to foster a positive and productive relationship
Organise and manage your own calendar
Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and class registers
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with team members and clients.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies that align with organisational goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English is required
Energetic and motivated
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Experience in a coaching and sales is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
Excellent time management
Competence in data entry and record keeping.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to motivate others.
