To be the face of the landlord for OCC, co-ordinating and overseeing the provision of high-level tenant service offer, taking ownership over all aspects of tenancy management and requests across an "area", ensuring that all expectations are met. You will work collaboratively across the area to provide high-quality, tenant-focused services, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices, building relationships internally to provide a "one housing" landlord service. The role involves driving service improvements, managing complex cases, maintaining housing legislation knowledge, building partnerships, co-ordinating and handling emergencies, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
