This role will require applicants to undergo screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and/ or Disclosure Scotland. What you\'ll do:Spearhead the development of safety initiatives, nurturing positive client relations and enhancing value through onsite engagement.Conduct comprehensive site service evaluations, designing action plans and driving necessary changes to uphold consistent standards.Establish and nurture satisfactory relationships across various levels within the company and client sites, fostering a collaborative and progressive work environment.Actively participate in the creation of innovative craft and business training modules, aiding in meeting operational and contractual obligations.Implement and maintain exemplary standards of food and personal hygiene, health, and safety, taking decisive action where necessary.Provide robust support in recruitment processes, aiding in staff management according to the directives of the Senior Operations Manager.Collaborate with the Business Development team, assisting in food presentations and crafting compelling case studies.
