Sushinoya is a growing sushi take away brand expanding across UK.
We are actively seeking Area managers who are friendly and positive attitude with strong communication skills - a proactive, hands-on team player!
Job specification
-recruiting, training and supervising staff to run the shop smoothly( communication is a key)
- maintaining financial records and overseeing pricing & stock control
- maximising profitability and setting sales targets, including motivation staff to do so
- dealing with customer queries and complaints
- ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- preparing promotional materials and display
- good communication with colleagues
