Overview
We are seeking a
dynamic and experienced Area Manager
to oversee operations across our stores in
East London and Essex
.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to drive performance, support store teams, and contribute to the continued success of a fast-growing and award-winning organisation.

Previous experience within the
Pawnbroking Industry
would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support store teams across multiple locations, ensuring exceptional performance, customer service, and compliance.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals and enhance service delivery.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
Foster a positive and engaging work environment -- motivating, coaching, and developing staff at all levels.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, FCA regulations, and health & safety standards.
Manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively to maximise efficiency and control costs.
Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and operational improvements within the area.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing and leading multi-site or large team operations.
Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop others.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
Solid understanding of operational processes within a retail, financial, or service-based environment.
Proactive, results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Relevant management qualifications or equivalent experience are desirable.
