Job Description
Summary
Responsible for overseeing facilities operations across multiple sites, ensuring all buildings, assets, and services are maintained to required standards.
Key duties include:
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations. Manage PPM schedules and coordinate reactive maintenance. Supervise onsite teams and external contractors to meet SLAs/KPIs. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits. Control budgets, monitor costs, and identify efficiency improvements. Maintain strong client relationships and respond promptly to issues. Support project works, refurbishments, and lifecycle upgrades. Ensure consistent service delivery aligned with company standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 35.00-37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
Work Location: On the road
