. This is a hands-on management role, ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a solid background in the cleaning or facilities management sector.
You will be responsible for ensuring high service standards, managing teams on multiple sites, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage and support site supervisors and cleaning teams across multiple locations
Ensure contracts are delivered to agreed standards, KPIs, and SLAs
Weekly Payroll submission to accounts
Conduct regular site inspections and audits
Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff
Handle client communication, queries, and issue resolution
Monitor staffing levels, rotas, and holiday cover
Ensure health & safety, COSHH, and company policies are followed
Report on performance and support business growth in the region
Requirements
Proven supervising experience in a management or leadership role within a similar industry.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to analyse data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
Valid driving licence is essential due to the regional nature of the role.
