We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven In-House / Operations Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organisation across Scotland and the North Of England
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, . This role requires strong leadership skills as you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners accross several locations whilst building relationships with our customer base.
Duties
Manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
Managing & recruiting cleaners
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of cleaning staff.
Carrying out on-site audits whilst building relationships with our customer base.
Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that support business growth.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a cleaning environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility around travelling
Ability to communicate at a management level
