ROLE OVERVIEW



This is a dynamic, field-based operational management role suited for a highly organized and resilient individual. REPORTING STRUCTURE



Reports to: Regional Operations Manager (ROM) Indirectly reports to: Operations Director (OD) Direct Reports: Approx. 60 Cleaning Operatives Area Value: 800K Client Portfolio: Approx. 19 sites

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Client Management - Promptly and professionally handle client concerns.
Team Leadership - Recruit, support, and develop cleaning operatives.
Performance Management - Address underperformance in line with company policies.
HR & Compliance - Collaborate with HR on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
On-Site Presence - Maintain a strong, visible presence across client sites.
Operations Oversight - Conduct audits, manage payroll timesheets, and ensure health & safety compliance.
Budget Management - Ensure monthly site budgets are met.
Supplies & Logistics - Order consumables and materials via the company's online system.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE



Previous experience in a multi-site service or facilities management role with a strong client focus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays. Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
