Categories cover nails, hands, feet, face and make-up/ Our products are widely available nationwide from stockists ranging from large department stores, pharmacies and popular online beauty sites to leading spas and salons.

Role & Responsibilities



This is a hybrid position that combines sales, business development, customer training, and event support. You'll be regularly visiting existing and potential customers across your assigned region and will also carry out demonstrations and staff training to showcase our Swiss-made products.

Your home base will ideally be in Oxfordshire, as the role is predominantly field based. Admin work will be done from home, and occasional travel to our Head Office in Sevenoaks will be required.

Desired Skills & Key Characteristics



Highly experienced in Pharmacy/Retail sectors

Strong planning and organizational skills

Customer service-oriented

Effective time management

Keen attention to detail

Proficient in merchandising and product knowledge

Event coordination skills for various accounts, including nail clinics and demonstrations

Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic

This position offers great opportunities for personal growth within the company and has potential for increased earnings. As part of this role, Mavala Switzerland sets specific targets for each area. You will receive a basic salary and commission on turnover once you achieve you achieve 60% of your monthly target. There is no limit to your earnings!

Salary & Benefits



20 days annual leave + bank holidays and Christmas & New Year close down.

Pension plan with employer contribution.

Basic Salary up to 30,000 depending on experience

Commission on sales over 60% of target

Company Car or 5,600 Car allowance plus mileage

After two years' service you will receive:
