About the role:
We're in year two of a five-year growth plan, and we're looking for a motivated
Area Sales Manager
to help expand our footprint in the
Electrical Wholesale
sector across
South West Englan & South Wales
.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent Luceco's LED lighting and other key brands within your territory
Build and grow strong relationships with new and existing Electrical Wholesalers
Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
Identify and secure new distribution opportunities
Provide training and support to stockists and wholesalers on product ranges
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity
Work closely with internal teams including marketing and customer service
Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales within the
Electrical
or
Construction
industry
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of the Electrical Wholesale market (preferred)
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
