Job Description

PSCM Insulation & Fabrication are a leading supplier of fabricated products from soffit liners to fire protection boards, and we are looking for an experienced Procurement and Planning Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding production team in our facilities in Birmingham.

Key responsibilities



We are seeking an area sales Manager to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and manage the sales operations. Our product range including thermal laminate plasterboards, soffit liners, foil-faced rock products, and bespoke cutting services for materials such as plasterboard, PIR, and polystyrene--serving contractors, distributors, builders' merchants, builders and groundworkers nationwide. The role requires technical sales expertise, strong market understanding, and leadership skills to achieve business targets. You'll need to

? Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for fabricated products and custom fabrication projects.

? Identify and develop new business opportunities.

? Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.

? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and decision-makers.

? Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, order fulfilment, and excellent customer service

? Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery, quality assurance, and responsive support.

? Handle client queries, complaints, and post-sales service issues professionally.

? Coordinate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure project feasibility and timely execution.

? Review order processing, documentation, and payment collections.

? Maintain an updated customer database and sales reports.

? Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement

Qualifications and Experience Levels:



? Degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.

? Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the same industry.

? Demonstrable experience in strategic business development.

? 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a few years in a leadership position is ideal.

? Computer literate with good reporting and CRM skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
