About the Role:



- Manage a portfolio of accounts across various industry sectors to achieve long-term success.

- Exceed core product sales targets in line with the company strategy to achieve annual sales growth and profit targets for a geographical region.

- Focus on driving all allocated customers within territory to transact digitally to deliver long lasting, sustainable and profitable business for ERIKS.

- Setup regular F-2-F meetings with key stakeholders within existing and newly identified clients within target market sectors.

- Develop and build strong working relationships with customers at various levels within our customers organisations.

- Identify and develop business with new customers through engagement with colleagues and by utilising CRM systems, etc.

- Generate sales plans to enable ERIKS to penetrate new customers and increase our share of wallet by undertaking white space analysis.

- Proficient in sales administration, pipeline management and call reporting.

- Attend regular calls / meetings with Regional Sales Leader to provide detailed report on activities and plans for defined territory.

Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:



- Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic personality.

- Knowledge of the UK MRO market or relevant engineering experience is required.

- Knowledge of ERIKS core product offering (Power Transmission, Fluid Power, Flow Control, Bearings, Seals) would be advantageous.

- Ability to create and deliver presentations to clients as required.

- Entrepreneurial mind set - ability to identify sales opportunities.

- Hunter mentality.

- A business mind that can demonstrate a fast acting, professional approach and the desire to win.

- Strong team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude who will be able to work with the wider ERIKS business to ensure best in class service and drive profitable growth.

- Keen to understand, learn and develop.

- Ethical individual who will uphold and promote ERIKS Values & Philosophy.
