We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within their designated geographic region, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across various market segments in the bakery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base in the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the bakery industry, including industrial clients, institutions, HoReCa establishments, and retail consumers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including bakers, distributors, and retailers.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to introduce new products and promotional strategies that align with market needs.
Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide timely feedback to management on sales forecasts, market conditions, and competitive intelligence.
Negotiate agreements and contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term partnerships.
Represent Bakers Street Ltd at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company products and expand brand presence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory and attend occasional evening or weekend events.
