Area Sales Manager - Construction Products
Location: Home-based (covering East Midlands and Yorkshire)

This organisation is seeking an Area Sales Manager to join a leading supplier of high-performance acoustic and construction solutions. This role involves working with a broad client base including architects, main contractors, sub-contractors, and distributors across the East Midlands and Yorkshire regions.
In this role, you will implement and deliver a strategic and targeted sales plan, with a focus on growing market share and strengthening client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively service and grow opportunities across your region
Regularly visit clients to maintain and develop key relationships
Support commercial negotiations and contract discussions
Act as the key link between customers and internal teams
Identify market opportunities and provide solutions to client challenges
What They're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, ideally within the construction or distribution sectors
Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and strategic planning skills
Excellent relationship-building abilities across multiple stakeholder levels
A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently while covering a large geographical area
This is a home-based role with travel expected around four days per week throughout the region.
