Area to be covered: South East (Essex, Kent, Surrey & Sussex)
Remuneration: 40,000 - 45,000neg (depending on experience) + 1-2% of all sales

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Floor & Wall Tiles will involve:

• Field sales position selling a large manufactured and distributed premium range of porcelain wall and floor tiles to predominantly independent tile & bathroom retailers
• Majority of your time will be spent selling into independent tile & bathroom retailers and large bathroom & tile showrooms
• The remaining smaller portion will be spent generating specifications / selling directly to architects, tillers, installers and developers (depends where you're expertise lie)
• Turnover target tbc depending on experience
• Will be required to present product portfolio

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Floor & Wall Tiles with:

• Must have tile or bathroom industry related field sales experience (ideally a porcelain / ceramic tile products)
• Would consider someone working within a bathroom showroom or retailer
• Ideally experience selling to tile / bathroom showrooms and retailers
• Must be able to manage your own territory
• Must be able to generate new business
• Tons of energy and enthusiasm
• Strong innumeracy, and sound commercial acumen with ability to negotiate with often strong characters' within the building trade
• Go getter with roll sleeves up mentality
