Role outline:
Through regular customer visits to grow and develop home and heating sales to Aurora showrooms, architects, construction companies, distributors, leisure home manufacturers, house builders, housing associations, local councils and trade merchants in line with company growth targets.
Job description:
Main duties and responsibilities
Implement the sales strategy for Fired Up home and heating products within the UK, in accordance with the company business plan.
Day to day account management of current Showroom and Housing customers, including expanding ranges and reviewing pricing to achieve company sales targets.
Initiate and arrange visits to meet with new and existing customers to realise potential sales opportunities.
Identify and develop new sales / tender opportunities within the market, including all sectors, such as architects, construction companies, distributors, leisure home manufacturers, house builders, housing associations, local councils, trade merchants, etc.
Boost sales by securing and delivering a strong pipeline of new business to support our growth strategy.
Achieve sales and profitability targets .
Liaise with other departments to ensure that customer service levels are maintained.
Specific skills and experience required:
At least 3 years' experience of telephone and face to face sales.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Collaborative work ethic
Experience within a sales or business development manager position is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales growth
Engaging communicator and demonstrates resilience and decisive, timely decision-making to close or pursue opportunities, ensuring pipelines health and efficiency to maximise sales value for customers.
Ability to work within a structured sales process/ CRM
Ability to manage and effectively prioritise workload to reach set deadlines
Ability to be an effective team player and cooperate well with different departments
Willingness and ability to travel within the UK
UK driving licence
