Job Description

As part of our Area Sales Manager team at South Lincs Foodservice, you will be responsible for sales growth with both existing and new customers within a defined geography across all sectors of foodservice providers. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and margin by building strong customer relationships to maximise revenue opportunities.

Salary:

37,000 - 40,000 base salary with 80k OTE + car allowance

Role Essentials

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and product development, to deliver customised solutions that meet the unique needs of our potential customers. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay informed with market developments and adjust strategies accordingly. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with new accounts to ensure mutual profitability and long-term partnerships. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key achievements and opportunities for improvement.

Proven track record of success within Foodservice A passion for working with food You will be a dynamic and motivated team player Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft office suite Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive sales growth and achieve and exceed targets. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
