Hours Monday - Friday 8.30- 5pm

We work with Property Developers, House Builders, Building Contractors, Merchants, Self-Builders, Home Owners and Architects.

We have an opportunity for an ambitious area sales manager to join our team. Reporting to the territory sales manager, you will be responsible for supporting the sales manager to generate and develop leads from software systems . This role will be primarily field based and cover an area of Northern Ireland. This role involves working closely and developing relationships with contractors, developers and architects. You will be responsible for meeting set targets, generating new sales as well as growing our existing business. This role will also involve meeting and presenting product ranges to customers on building sites as well as office environments.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated with ability to work off own initiative, to help customers and clients choose the best product to meet their needs.

Essential Criteria

Three years sales experience in a business-to-business role, preferably in the construction industry Full driving licence, with maximum of three penalty points Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Well presented with ability to communicate at all levels To carry out any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time
Desirable Criteria

Third Level education in business management or similar
