Sales Manager - LPG Cylinder Sales

Salary:

35,000-40,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE 50,000+)

The Role

We're looking for an experienced

Sales Manager

to help drive new business, grow existing accounts, and support our expansion across West Midlands. You'll have the freedom to develop your own strategies and make a real impact on company performance.

Key responsibilities:

Generate new business in domestic, commercial, and trade LPG cylinder sales Manage and develop relationships with existing customers and distributors Identify new market opportunities (caravan parks, farms, catering, industry, etc.) Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure excellent service Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary:

35,000-40,000 per year (depending on experience)

Commission:

2% of gross profit on all personal sales (uncapped)

Company car + fuel card

(or car allowance option)

Mobile phone, laptop, and business expenses covered

28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales -- ideally in LPG, bottled gas, heating oil, or related field Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused Full UK driving licence Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
