Job Description
A field sales role promoting an industry leading range of exterior decorative cladding materials across the Yorkshire & North East region. Tracking residential new-build projects with national house builders, regional developers, contractors and specifiers.

Compensation: 44k-48k basic +15% OTE
Responsibilities:
- A field based territory sales role inheriting an established and well performing area
- Promoting an industry leading range of fibre cement exterior decorative cladding planks, that come in a wide range of colours and textures
- You will be tracking and winning residential projects from the regional offices of the national house builders, as well as regional developers, contractors, architects and specifiers
- Whilst managing the relationship with a portfolio of merchants and distributors that your projects will be back-sold through
Package: 44k-48k basic with a 7k car allowance, 15% bonus scheme, 26 days holidays, healthcare & pension
Territory: North East, Yorkshire & East Midlands - Newcastle to Nottingham
Products: Exterior decorative cladding
Customers: National house builders, regional developers, contractors, architects, specifiers, merchants and distributors
