Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction sector. Maintain and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Required Profile

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess:


Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the building materials sector. Experience with Facade Products Architectural specification sales experience and sales presentation skills. Relationship management with specifiers (architects, M&E consultants) and contractors. Strong understanding of the North East and Scotland market dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
