We have a fantastic new opportunity to join our expanding team supporting one of our global TV & Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) leaders in technology.


g2 are recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to represent our clients range of TV & MDA products across retail partners working closely with stores and promoters to grow the brand


You will be responsible for growing our brands business within your region, regularly reviewing sales performance against agreed targets.

Your Package

32,000 per annum, plus 10% performance Bonus Company car / Car allowance Full time (Mon - Fri, will be 2 weekends per month) Permanent contract 22 days paid holiday (per annum) in addition to bank holidays Ongoing personal development, access to employee assistance programme and Perkbox subscription

Your role

Be the main point of contact for the store contacts in your region Drive sales performance and identify opportunities to drive growth Data lead insight and analysis Effectively support and manage a team of promoters in the field Monitor brand knowledge and awareness across your region and implement strategies to improve Create and deliver training sessions both on a one-to-one and group basis Manage compliance ensuring that all fixtures/displays are maintained to a high standard

This role would be great for you if you:

Can display excellent communication skills Are able to create and deliver engaging training content Have experience within a leadership or management position ideally within the retail sector Have a full UK driving licence

This position offers a permanent contract and is field based in the covering the South Coast of the UK (ideal candidates would be based in the Poole or Bournemouth area) with nationwide travel where required.
