Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across Central Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence as well as maintaining and nurturing existing clients. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to review performance of existing clients to maximise performance and profitability. Basic computer skills is all that is required and training will be given for the proprietary systems used within the business.

Duties



Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximise revenue opportunities. Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories through direct outreach and networking. Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify growth areas. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns tailored to regional needs. Lead negotiations and close deals effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies. Provide training and support to partners as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
