Your responsibilities day to day will be\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Working to understand a prospect\xe2\x80\x99s current or potential insurance supply chain in order to obtain information we need to either provide a competitive quote or to close a sale.
  • Setting up (with support of our sales development team) and attending face-to-face appointments and meeting with potential customers in your assigned territory.
  • Engaging with larger customers face-to-face or over the phone depending on their preference in order to have the best chance of closing the deal.
  • Working on high-quality leads that we will supply to you of customers of other divisions in Radius, with a view to gathering the prospect\xe2\x80\x99s needs and requirements and obtaining insurance quotations for them. You may also do some cold calling to reach additional leads.
What do we expect of you?
  • Organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in fleet insurance sales and/or commercial lines sales experience
  • A proven track record in field sales, where you have nurtured pipeline from initial lead to close is desirable
  • Great communication skills and the initiative to ask the right questions, think flexibly and develop rapport over the phone and in person with key decision makers

Location- Remote

Salary- \xc2\xa365,000 OTE (base and uncapped commission)

Hours- Monday- Friday 8.30am-5pm (hours are flexible around customer appointments/ meetings)
