We're looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to spearhead growth across the Midlands, West, and Southern regions of the UK. This is a key role for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving sales performance, and representing a trusted brand in a fast-moving industry.

Role Summary



As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales of EVM's expanding vehicle portfolio within your territory. Your focus will be on generating new business, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling our stock Minibus, Bus, and Coach models. You'll also play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and collaborating closely with colleagues across the wider sales and support teams.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and grow sales activity across your region, consistently meeting and exceeding targets. Proactively identify new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking. Promote EVM's full range of vehicles to customers within your sales area. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication and visits, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales journey. Work closely with colleagues across sales, aftersales, and operations to deliver a seamless and joined-up customer experience. Manage and update all sales activities within Pinnacle (Odoo) CRM and Office 365 tools. Prepare accurate quotations, process orders, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards. Represent EVM at trade shows, customer demonstrations, and industry events, acting as a professional ambassador for the brand. Conduct engaging vehicle handovers, ensuring customers feel confident, supported, and valued. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional EVM products and services.

About You



We're seeking a motivated and results-driven professional who is passionate about sales, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will bring:

Proven sales experience in the automotive, transport, or related industry (B2B sales preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. A collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver the best outcomes for customers. Self-motivation, excellent time management, and a proactive approach to generating opportunities. Confidence using CRM systems (ideally Odoo) and Office 365 tools. A high level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm when dealing with customers. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively across your sales territory.

Job Type -

Permanent/Full Time

Renumeration -

Basic Salary 45k-55k (Realistic OTE 100k+)

8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Plus weekend availability when required)
