Your focus will be nurturing existing customer relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll play a critical role in understanding the full scope of our customers' needs, aligning tailored solutions, and influencing key stakeholders to drive sustainable regional growth and profitability.

Salary:

40,000 - 45,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

Location:

Home Based - covering Surrey and West Sussex

Role Essentials



Identify and develop the existing customer base, driving profitable sales growth in alignment with targets. Maximize profitability of new and existing key accounts, grow market share within the region. Design and develop sales propositions tailored to meet customer needs and objectives. Collaborate with specialists and external partners to capitalize on opportunities and meet profit targets. Influence senior stakeholders to drive regional results effectively. Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget, with actionable plans to address variances if necessary.

Who we're looking for



Positive, self-motivated and tenacious individual. Thorough knowledge and understanding of the food industry, catering, drinks or similar. A genuine love for food - as you'll be talking about it, tasting it, and representing it every day. Customer focused with demonstrable experience building strong relationships. Customer driven with a collaborative and hands-on approach. Ability to influence and persuade with a consultative sales style. Good geographical knowledge of the London area. Current driving licence and ability to work across the region as required for customer base.
