We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across a designated region. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of our sales strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce, enabling them to effectively manage sales data and drive performance improvements. Proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset for this position, allowing for enhanced communication with diverse clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Utilise Salesforce to track sales performance, manage leads, and generate reports.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales objectives.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to speak Spanish is highly desirable but not essential.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive results in a competitive environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
