Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to cover the Northern Region, with a primary focus on working with housebuilders. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional with strong relationship-building skills to grow sales and strengthen our presence in a key market.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth across the Northern region by developing and managing relationships with developers and related stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the housebuilding and development sector. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals and aftersales support. Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing and technical support) to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

About You

Proven track record in field sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the construction, building materials, or property development sectors. Strong network within the developer/housebuilder market is advantageous. Excellent relationship management skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the Northern region.
