Responsibilities



Develop and execute area sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximise revenue. Recruit, train , develop and motivate your own team. ( Up to 10) Monitor performance of to ensure you have the right people . A can do attitute, target oriented to maximise your own potential.

Qualifications



Proven experience in B2B sales (SME s) either in a network marketing or franchise type operation. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable Experience in managing and motivating people. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently within a target-driven environment.

Pay: 30,000.00-100,000.00 per year
