Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations within the assigned area, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and open communication among staff. Prepare reports on team performance, operational issues, and other relevant metrics for management review. Address employee concerns or conflicts promptly and effectively, maintaining a harmonious workplace.

Skills

Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively. Strong supervisory skills with a focus on developing team members' capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff at all levels. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on operational needs.
