to champion excellence across our 3 nurseries on the beautiful island of jersey.
About the role
Acting as an additional support for Centre Directors and Area Directors, you will step up during absences and address performance challenges. Leveraging your experience, you will ensure all centres maintain high quality childcare practices and help elevate their standards to achieve excellence.

What You'll Do
Supporting and guiding Centre Directors across your region
Driving quality improvement and compliance
Ensuring all nurseries meet safeguarding and regulatory requirements
Mentoring and developing teams to deliver exceptional childcare
Providing flexible support to cover leadership vacancies or absence
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident and experienced early years leader who can inspire teams and drive continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have: Proven leadership in early years or nursery management
Proven track record of improving centre perfromance
Strong mentoring, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
A commitment to excellence in early years care and education
The ability to support centres across multiple locations
