About Cheat Daze

Cheat Daze is a fast-growing dessert brand with both company-owned and franchise stores across the UK. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a hands-on Area Training & Support Executive to support franchise partners, deliver in-store training, and help launch new locations to the Cheat Daze standard.

This is a field-based role suited to someone stepping up from a supervisor, trainer, or assistant manager position who wants to grow into a senior operations role.

Location & Travel

This is a mainly field-based role covering areas in the North west, midlands and Yorkshire.

Some office days will be required. However, the role is primarily field-based and involves regular travel between stores.

The Role:

You will support stores and franchisees by delivering training, ensuring brand standards are met, and helping new stores open smoothly and confidently.

What We're Looking For

Essential

Experience in hospitality or retail operations Confident training and coaching teams in-store Strong communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel regularly between sites
Desirable

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
