This is a hands-on management role where you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead staff, deliver outstanding customer service and host children's gaming parties and events.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operation of the Newcastle-under-Lyme gaming arena
Lead, train and motivate staff
Host parties, Home Ed sessions, SEND sessions and events
Handle incoming phone calls and take bookings
Provide excellent customer service to parents and children
Maintain a safe, clean and exciting environment
Support tournaments, events and social media ideas
Occasionally work at our other Hurricane venues when needed
About You
Outgoing, confident and great with children
A natural entertainer who brings fun and energy
Good gaming knowledge across consoles and PC
Reliable, organised and hard-working
Strong team leader
Good phone manner and able to take bookings
Interest in tabletop games (Warhammer, D&D etc.)
Able to work weekends

40 hours per week
One weekday off (flexible)
