About the role




We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Huddersfield team and play a key role in supporting customers and clients through their vehicle repair journey. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving and pride yourself on delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.


What you'll be doing




Managing vehicle claims end-to-end, from repair instruction through to completion. Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, clients, third parties, and repairers. Recording and updating claim details using Avant Group's bespoke software. Taking ownership of your caseload, ensuring claims progress in line with KPIs and targets. Keeping all stakeholders fully informed with accurate and detailed updates. Meeting and exceeding agreed service levels.

What we're looking for




A positive, resilient attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage your time and workload effectively. Problem-solving skills with confidence to make decisions. Comfortable handling a high volume of calls each day. Experience in a fast-paced contact centre environment (desirable). Knowledge of the insurance or claims industry (desirable).
