Arrears Executives

What You'll Be Doing
As an Arrears Executive, you'll be a reassuring voice for customers who are navigating challenging financial situations. Day to day, you will:
Speak with customers undergoing the debt recovery process--listening carefully, showing empathy, and helping ease their concerns
Carry out income and expenditure assessments to understand affordability and establish sustainable repayment plans
Use your judgement to signpost customers to external support organisations such as Citizens Advice or charitable debt services
