Salary Range: 30,000 - 50,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start Time: Immediate / After Half Term
Contract: Full-time

About the Role
As an Art and Design Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that nurture creativity and artistic expression. You will help students develop their skills in various artistic mediums, encourage critical thinking, and support them in achieving academic success in the subject.
Responsibilities for an Art and Design Teacher:

• Deliver high-quality Art and Design lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage students to explore different artistic techniques and styles.
• Assess and provide feedback on student work to support progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the department's curriculum and resources.

Requirements of an Art and Design Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Career Teacher (ECT), or equivalent overseas qualifications.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Art and Design.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage students of varying abilities.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
