Be part of our Art and DT team and help students discover, develop and express their creativity. You will help create a safe, well-resourced environment where students feel confidant to experiment, innovate and refine their skills. Our collaborative Trust wide approach ensures students are supported to achieve their creative potential and produce impressive Art and DT outcomes.

To support all staff, we have the following resources and initiatives in place:

Museum Learning Team- ideas and resources to support lesson delivery with off-site trips and exhibitions to stimulate learning Well-resourced departments- to ensure high-quality teaching and learning takes place Extensive pastoral support- a strong team comprising a safeguarding team, Student Support Managers, Rising Standard Leaders and Family Liaison Officers Super Curricular Clubs- for discussion and debate to take the subject further Strong Community Partnerships- - to share expertise and provide fresh perspectives Caring School Culture- we put our children's well-being at the centre of all decision-making Strong SEND Support Team- working together to achieve the best possible support
