We are seeking a dynamic and creative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various projects related to branding, digital design, and content management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across multiple disciplines including web design, graphic design, video editing, and marketing. The Coordinator will play a key part in developing engaging visual content and ensuring seamless delivery of digital assets to enhance our brand presence.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all platforms
Assist with web design projects using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to optimise user experience
Create compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and Sketch
Develop engaging video content employing Adobe After Effects and video editing software
Design digital assets and UI elements for websites and applications with Figma and InVision
Manage content within various content management systems (CMS) to maintain up-to-date information
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop presentation materials and marketing collateral
Support photography sessions and utilise photography skills for visual storytelling
Contribute to the realisation of creative projects through effective organisation and communication skills
Requirements
Proven experience in branding, web design, graphic design, and digital content creation
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress platform management
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, CorelDRAW, Sketch, and InVision
Experience in video editing and photography for digital media projects
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and content management systems
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively
Creative flair with an eye for detail and aesthetics
Organisation skills capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Nice-to-have skills include experience in marketing strategies, content management systems, branding campaigns, and familiarity with digital design trends
