Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Studio Visionary: Instructing Art & Design across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (iGCSE) only.
Skill Sculptor: Driving high attainment by mentoring technical skills, from life drawing to digital illustration, and inspiring creative confidence.
Gallery Curator: Assisting with studio management, preparing materials, and helping curate student work for high-profile school exhibitions.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Art, Fine Art, or Design.
Salary: Highly competitive salary compensated on the school's independent pay scale (we reward passion!).
