Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Visual Expression: Instructing Art and Design across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
Technical Mastery: Teaching a range of media, from traditional painting to digital photography.
Professional Standards: Regular meetings with your induction lead to ensure all teaching standards are met and exceeded.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Art or Design.
Salary: Paid on the Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS) with Inner London weighting.
Support: Bespoke ECT induction and a dedicated studio technician.
