Art and Design Teacher, Part-Time (Permanent)
Location: Wandsworth, London Agency: Veritas Education Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Part-time (4 days per week) Salary: 31,012 - 48,077 (pro-rata) Full-Time Equivalent: 38,766 - 60,092 Application Deadline: 9am, 10th October 2025
Veritas Education is seeking a passionate and skilled Teacher of Art and Design for a part-time, permanent position starting in January 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative Art and Design lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking department, where creativity and student development are at the heart of the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities: * Teach Art and Design to students aged 11-18 (KS3-KS5)
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire creativity
- Assess and monitor student progress effectively
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and department
- Experience teaching Art and Design at secondary level
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the arts
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained
- You must have legal right to work in the UK
- You must be willing to attend a registration interview
