-As the Art Director for the Creative Studio, you will play a pivotal role in leading our in-house creative studio team in London. Your primary objective is to be the brand guardian, leading and inspiring the creative team to deliver globally recognisable and distinctive brand assets. You will bring a strong point of view to the brand, balancing creativity with an understanding of the commercial needs of the business. Responsibilities: Creative and Production:

  • Lead creative concepting with a strong vision for full-funnel content creation, placing strategic thinking and storytelling at the center of your work.
  • Take ownership of creative output across all touchpoints, including advertising (print, OOH, and film), digital, social, CRM, events, and PR.
  • Inspire the team to innovate and explore new formats to engage with clients and reach new audiences.
  • Ensure a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all brand assets produced by the team and the wider marketing community.
  • Manage the end-to-end creative process from briefing to final delivery, collaborating closely with project managers to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Act as the lead art director on shoots managed by the in-house creative studio, mentoring team members and developing their art direction skills.
  • Support external creative partners/agencies on content creation when required.
  • Prepare PPM decks ahead of all shoots and manage rounds of approvals to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Oversee file preparation and management, ensuring all materials are uploaded to the brand image library and archived appropriately.
  • Produce creative presentations for internal sell-in presentations and stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure quality compliance and integrity across all assets, considering cultural nuances and sensitivities in all markets.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor the creative team, providing guidance across all workstreams.
  • Identify and develop the team\'s skill base, fostering collaboration and cross-functional working.
  • Cultivate an inclusive culture, providing opportunities for collaboration across the team.


Qualifications
  • -Proven experience in a senior creative role - either in-house or from a creative agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and production across various channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
  • In-depth understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and the ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.
  • Experience managing end-to-end creative processes, from concept to delivery.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with the luxury market and an understanding of cultural nuances in global markets.
