About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Teaching Art theory and practical skills across a range of media
Supporting sketchbook development and GCSE portfolio preparation
Creating a stimulating studio environment that celebrates student work
Contributing to extra-curricular art clubs, exhibitions, and school events
Working with your mentor weekly to reflect on practice and plan progress
Following a structured ECT induction programme aligned with national expectations

PGCE / QTS in Art & Design

Paid on MPS1-MPS2, depending on experience and training pathway.
