About the Role
You will teach Art at KS3-KS4, supporting students in building foundational skills in drawing, colour theory, painting, mixed media, and conceptual development. You will also contribute to:
GCSE portfolio preparation
School displays and exhibitions
Optional after-school creative clubs
The department runs an open-door studio culture where Art teachers collaborate on ideas, share resources, and support student progress collectively. As an ECT you will receive structured mentoring and feedback designed to build confidence and technical teaching skill.

Candidate Requirements
PGCE/QTS in Art & Design
Strong artistic practice with confident demonstration skills
