Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Art ECT to join a creative and inclusive secondary school in Slough. This is a full-time, permanent position starting January 2026, ideal for an early career teacher excited to foster creativity and self-expression in students.

Role Information
You will teach Art across KS3-KS4, supporting students in developing artistic techniques and creative confidence. The school offers strong ECT mentoring, professional coaching, and opportunities to lead creative projects.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Degree in Art, Fine Art, or related field
  • PGCE and QTS (or pending award)
  • Strong creative portfolio and classroom presence
  • Enthusiasm for promoting artistic growth
