A supportive and well-established Good School in Romford is seeking an inspired and energetic Art ECT to join their Visual Arts department for an immediate start. About the Role
You will teach Art to KS3-KS4, supporting students in developing their creative confidence, technical skills, and expressive capability. As an ECT, you will have access to guidance from experienced Art teachers who understand what it takes to support you through your induction.
The role includes:
Delivering engaging practical lessons
Supporting GCSE coursework development
Helping curate student exhibitions and displays
Using a variety of media, materials, and creative processes
The department embraces an open, collaborative planning ethos -- you are encouraged to bring fresh ideas and explore your own artistic identity while being supported by experienced colleagues.
